Esteem Fitness offers a wide range of seminars and workshops specific to the work environment  and structured to build a solid understanding of nutrition and health for each member and to create an infrastructure to ensure this information can be filtered down and is easy accessible.

    Different business operations of different sizes will require a more bespoke approach: seminars in small businesses could include health and nutritional assessments of individuals, while larger companies may benefit far more from consultations of already existing nutritional schemes in terms of their efficacy and the health benefits to their employees.

    Our seminars will be looking at aspects of energy density, energy balance, nutritional status, single nutrients and their function and the meaning of Dietary Reference Values. They are also based on the most up-to-date scientific research, while taking current recommendations of the Food Standards Agency.

    Our workshops offer a more interactive way of learning and teaching. Seminars increase knowledge and workshops aim to increase knowledge and ability, to act to change unhealthy work environments.

    Workshops may also include cooking demonstrations, food label coaching, creating meal plans in a completely tailored manner, while looking at important aspects such as food safety.

    The aim is to make team members confident to understand the basic concept of healthy eating and to give guidance on how a healthy diet can be made achievable within their own unique work environments.
