Corporate group training

Our corporate group training services include a diverse range of classes and group  sessions that can be carried out both indoors and outdoor. All sessions can include all ages, abilities and agilities and will appeal to both your male & female employees.

Group training can be a stand alone offering or form part of a comprehensive health initiative, we can organise monthly or annual fitness teambuilding events to encourage employee bonding and improve staff morale.

Designed to work around each company’s requirements and constraints, we can set classes up at any time of day as early as 6am in the morning and as late as 8pm at night – we can even arrange your group training sessions for weekends.

    Group training classes promote bonding and teambuilding. Group training can also be set up to train employees on specific company challenges such as marathons, mini triathlons,100-mile hike... the list goes on.

  • Running & Walking Clubs

    Corporate running clubs or walking clubs are ideal for all staff, regardless of fitness levels. There is group support and the clubs are run by trained professionals who establish the best routine for the individual group. Goals are set to encourage staff and reward them with a sense of accomplishment when each goal is reached.

    Regular exercise, particularly good cardio fitness such as walking or running, leads to increased positivity and motivation, as well as reduced stress levels and tiredness. The added benefit of such clubs is the enhanced sense of staff morale and rapport. Training with team members is a supportive experience as employees encourage one another and get to know each other on a more personal level.
