    Sickness absence reduced 26% in Bournemouth; Employee self reports showed dramatic improvements in job satisfaction (15.6%) and sleep profiles (8.1%), alongside significant improvements in nutrition, increased physical activity and stress; Proportion of employees who smoke was reduced; Standard Life Healthcare results showed that the health status of employees is 7.1%
