    1. According to the DWP estimates, by 2024, nearly 50% of the adult population will be 50 and over
    2. The Confederation of British Industry (CBI) estimated that last year 172 million working days were lost due to absence.
    3. According to the Confederation of British Industry, sickness absence can cost roughly £495 per employee per year.
